Risk factors and spread of Cystoisospora suis and Cryptosporidium suis in farms of Odesa Region

This study aimed to determine the prevalence of Cystoisospora suis and Cryptosporidium suis oocysts in fecal samples from suckling piglets in farms in the southern and northern districts of Odesa Region, to assess the consistency of feces and oocysts, as well as risk factors associated with the hydrothermal regime of the area.
