Modulation of Ferroptosis Biomarkers by Thinned Apple Polyphenols Extract in Acute and Chronic Lung Injuries

Thinned apple polyphenols (TAP) extract reduced ferroptosis in acute and chronic lung injuries. TAP activated Nrf2 and modulated key biomarkers (MDA, NOX4, GPX4, FTH1), leading to decreased inflammation and fibrosis. Characterization of Harderian Gland‐Derived Plasma Cells in Chicken

An isolation protocol for plasma cells (PC) from the chicken Harderian gland (HG) was established, and analyses of PCs revealed a FSChigh/CD45med/sIgpos/CD57pos/CXCR4high/TACIlow phenotype. Presence of CXCL12 and BAFF around HG PCs suggests a contribution of CXCL12–CXCR4 and BAFF–TACI to PC localization and survival.
