The effect of annealing pressure and time on the crystallinity of CZTSe [PDF]
In this study, the effect of annealing pressure and time on the homogeneity and the formation of the CZTSe structure was investigated. The deposition of the CZTSe coating was carried out using an electroplating method.

Single-phase CZTSe via isothermal recrystallization in a KI-KCl flux [PDF]
A facile, two-step procedure was developed to prepare a pure CZTSe (Cu2ZnSnSe4) phase from elemental Cu, Zn, Sn, and Se with the addition of a KI-KCl mixture.

Effect of Cu content and temperature on the properties of Cu2ZnSnSe4 solar cells
The complexity involved in obtaining pure Kesterite Cu2ZnSnSe4 (CZTSe) thin film primarily arises due to its narrow region of stability, leading to the presence of unavoidable binary selenides of the constituent metals.

Evolution pathway of CZTSe nanoparticles synthesized by microwave-assisted chemical synthesis [PDF]
In this study we present the reaction mechanism of Cu2ZnSnSe4 (CZTSe) nanoparticles synthesized by microwave-assisted chemical synthesis. We performed reactions every 10 minutes in order to identify different phases during quaternary CZTSe formation. The

Li Incorporation Induces Surface Chemical Disorder in Solution‐Processed Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4
Lithium incorporation into Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 (CZTSSe) thin‐film semiconductors is highly beneficial for solar power conversion efficiencies, although directly visualising its impact on the absorber is difficult. Energy‐filtered photoemission electron microscopy measurements reveal lithium alloying induces surface chemical disorder of CZTSSe, highlighted ...

A two-step electrochemical route for the synthesis of Cu2ZnSnSe4 (CZTSe) photoactive thin films is reported in this work. A ternary Cu-Zn-Sn (CZT) alloy was electrochemically deposited onto Indium doped Tin Oxide (ITO) substrates from citrate electrolyte

CdCl2 Treatment for Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4: A Method to Enhance the Solar Cell Performance
We present, for the first time, two alternative CdCl2 treatments applied to solution‐processed kesterite (CZTSSe) absorbers: pre‐selenization and post‐selenization. Carrier concentration is consistently increased by either route, whereas the band gap decreases with pre‐selenization but remains nearly constant with post‐selenization; enhanced defect ...

This study investigates high‐efficiency double perovskite active layer (DPAL) structures using MAPbI3 and MASnI3 to surpass the Shockley‐Queisser limit in single‐junction perovskite solar cells. SCAPS‐1D simulations show that the V2O5‐assisted DPAL device achieves 34.14% power conversion efficiency with improved JSC, VOC, and FF.

Highly Efficient Copper-Zinc-Tin-Selenide ( CZTSe) Solar Cells by Electrodeposition [PDF]
Highly efficient copper-zinc-tin-selenide (Cu2ZnSnSe4; CZTSe) thin-film solar cells are prepared via the electrodepostion technique. A metallic alloy precursor (CZT) film with a Cu-poor, Zn-rich composition is directly deposited from a single aqueous ...
