Tin Oxide‐Anchored MXene Composites for Enhanced Hydrogen Evolution in Alkaline Media
The schematic illustrates a SnO2/MXene heterostructure for efficient hydrogen evolution. SnO2 nanoparticles are uniformly anchored on conductive MXene nanosheets, enhancing charge transfer and catalytic activity. The MXene substrate provides high electrical conductivity and abundant active sites, while SnO2 facilitates water adsorption and dissociation.

Simultaneous H2O:O2 co‐pulsing in thermal ALD modulates surface hydroxylation to engineer nanovoids and properties in ZnO, TiO2, and Al2O3. The ligand‑dependent pathway promotes c‑axis‑textured ZnO, reduced‑crystallinity yet Ti4+‑preserved TiO2, and highly transparent, hydrophilic Al2O3, while lowering the refractive indices.

Procalcitonin is a key biomarker for bacterial infections, but conventional detection methods are often time‐consuming. Here, we present an electrochemical sensor based on highly conductive Ti3C2Tx MXene combined with PEDOT:PSS, enabling direct antibody immobilization, while a bovine serum albumin coating provides antifouling protection.

Effect of unrepresented model errors on estimated soil hydraulic material properties [PDF]
Unrepresented model errors influence the estimation of effective soil hydraulic material properties. As the required model complexity for a consistent description of the measurement data is application dependent and unknown a priori, we implemented a ...
