본 연구는 배터리 전력저장장치(BESS)를 위한 새로운 양방향 컨버터에 대한 기술이다. 제안된 토 플로지는 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 DAB(Dual Active Bridge) 컨버터의 효율을 더 높일 수 있게 설 계되었다. DAB Converter는 스위치 8개, 변압기 1개, 인덕턴스 1개로 구성하고 10배 이상의 높은 승/ 강압비, soft-switching 기능으로 대용량/저전압 배터리를 구성할 수 있다. LV(Low-Voltage)단에 커플 링-인덕턴스를 연결해 충전시 벅(Buck Converter)동작하고, 방전시 부스트(Boost Converter)동작하는 양방향 컨버터를 설계했다.
