Novel Phase Shift Angle Compensation Method of DAB Converter Considering Parasitic Capacitance of SiC MOSFET

open access: yesIEEE Access
This study proposes a novel method to compensate phase shift angle of dual active bridge (DAB) converters by considering the parasitic capacitance of SiC metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs).

Modeling and Control Gain Design Method for Dual Active Bridge Converter With Dual-Phase-Shift Modulation

open access: yesIEEE Access
The Dual Active Bridge (DAB) converter offers several advantages, including high power conversion efficiency and improved safety by providing galvanic isolation between the input and output through the use of a high-frequency transformer and H-bridge ...

Research on Modelling and Stability Characteristics of Electric Traffic Energy System Based on ZVS-DAB Converter

open access: yesJournal of Electrical and Computer Engineering, 2020
We study and describe mostly used traditional simplified circuits for full-bridge Zero Voltage Switching-Dual Active Bridge (ZVS-DAB) converter and deduce their mathematical model. On this basis, we propose a high-frequency (HF) mathematical model, which

Engineered extracellular vesicles enriched with the miR‐214/199a cluster enhance the efficacy of chemotherapy in ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Developmental programmes drive cellular plasticity, disease progression and therapy resistance in lung adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Control Strategies for the DAB Based PV Interface System. [PDF]

open access: yesPLoS ONE, 2016
This paper presents an interface system based on the Dual Active Bridge (DAB) converter for Photovoltaic (PV) arrays. Two control strategies are proposed for the DAB converter to harvest the maximum power from the PV array. The first strategy is based on

Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.

Bidirectional Power Control Strategy for Super Capacitor Energy Storage System Based on MMC DC-DC Converter

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2022
In order to equip more high-energy pulse loads and improve power supply reliability, the vessel integrated power system (IPS) shows an increasing demand for high-voltage and large-capacity energy storage systems.

Efficiency optimisation of ZVS isolated bidirectional DAB converters [PDF]

open access: yesIET Power Electronics, 2018
This study presents a control method for isolated bidirectional dual‐active‐bridge converters to optimise the efficiency by achieving the zero‐voltage switching (ZVS) in high‐voltage applications, which the switching losses are the major issues. At light‐load condition, the duty control algorithm is proposed to achieve the ZVS for all switches while ...

Pharmacological inhibition of the PERK pathway modulates hepatocellular carcinoma growth and immune signaling

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Pharmacological inhibition of PERK in a DEN‐induced mouse model of liver cancer does not reduce tumor burden but alters cellular stress signaling. Despite blocking PERK activity, downstream stress responses, including CHOP expression, remain active, suggesting compensatory mechanisms within the unfolded protein response that may influence tumor ...
