Temperature Dependence of Magnetization Damping in Heusler Alloy Films

open access: yes, 2010
The Gilbert damping for $Co_2CrAl (Co_2Cr_{0.3}Fe_{0.7}Al)$ and $Ni_2MnSn$ Heusler alloy films was investigated as a function of temperature. The best films reveals the Gilbert damping nearly independent of temperature.

Design Strategies and Emerging Applications of High‐Performance Flexible Piezoresistive Pressure Sensors

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Flexible piezoresistive pressure sensors underpin wearable and soft electronics. This review links sensing physics, including contact resistance modulation, quantum tunneling and percolation, to unified materials/structure design. We highlight composite and graded architectures, interfacial/porous engineering, and microstructured 3D conductive networks

The transformation of LPSO type in Mg-4Y-2Er-2Zn-0.6Zr and its response to the mechanical properties and damping capacities

open access: yesJournal of Magnesium and Alloys, 2020
The transformation of LPSO type in Mg-4Y-2Er-2Zn-0.6Zr during heat treatment and its influence on damping and mechanical properties are reported in this work. Prior to heat treatment, the alloy consisted of α-Mg matrix and lamellar 14H LPSO phases. After

Residual‐Lithium‐to‐LiF Conversion Enables a LiF–Fluorinated Carbon Interphase for Reconstruction‐Resistant Ni‐Rich Cathodes

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A fluorine‐rich acrylate monomer (PFHEA) was solvent‐free applied to NCM90 and thermally decomposed under Ar to convert residual lithium into LiF and form a pre‐built LiF/fluorinated amorphous carbon (LiF/FC) interphase. The LiF/FC layer suppresses NiO rock‐salt reconstruction and microcrack propagation, lowers interfacial resistance, and improves Li ...
