Study the uricosuric effect of Dandelion root extracts

In the exam, hyperuricemic rats made with P.O will be given dandelion root extracts to see how they affect uric acid (UA). The animal study was designed, and at random divided into five (n= 6) groups. In groups 2, 3, 4, and 5 received intraperitoneal injections (i.p) of P.O every two days.
