Harnessing Photo‐Energy Conversion in Nanomaterials for Precision Theranostics
Harnessing photo‐energy conversion in nanomaterials enables precision theranostics through light‐driven mechanisms such as photoluminescence, photothermal, photoelectric, photoacoustic, photo‐triggered surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS), and photodynamic processes. This review explores six fundamental principles of photo‐energy conversion, recent

We report the case of a 56-year-old man with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) who developed dasatinib-induced interstitial lung disease (ILD) 7 years after starting dasatinib, a BCR-ABL1 inhibitor. The patient presented with dyspnea. Chest imaging showed diffuse ground-glass opacities.

Dasatinib in recurrent glioblastoma: failure as a teacher [PDF]
The Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (RTOG) trial 0627 evaluated the efficacy of dasatinib in recurrent glioblastoma. Why was dasatinib, of unequivocal benefit in Philadelphia chromosome– positive leukemia and so promising in gastrointestinal stromal tumor, of interest in glioblastoma? And why did the drug fail? Dasatinib is a potent oral multitargeted

Dasatinib targets B-lineage cells but does not provide an effective therapy for myeloproliferative disease in c-Cbl RING finger mutant mice. [PDF]
This study aimed to determine whether the multi-kinase inhibitor dasatinib would provide an effective therapy for myeloproliferative diseases (MPDs) involving c-Cbl mutations.

Transforming growth factor β signaling overcomes dasatinib resistance in lung cancer. [PDF]
Lung cancer is the second most common cancer and the leading cause of cancer-related deaths. Despite recent advances in the development of targeted therapies, patients with advanced disease remain incurable, mostly because metastatic non-small cell lung ...
