Plant Biotechnology Journal, EarlyView.ABSTRACT MYB transcription factors function as main regulatory hubs that integrate environmental signals with multi‐hormonal pathways to synchronize plant growth, metabolism and stress responses. This review delineates the regulatory roles of MYB in the signalling pathway of salicylic acid, jasmonic acid, ethylene and abscisic acid signalling.
