A Comprehensive Review on Space Vector Modulation Techniques for Neutral Point Clamped Multi-Level Inverters

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2021
The Neutral Point Clamped (NPC) Multi-Level Inverters (MLI) have been ruling the power electronics industries for the past two decades. The Multi-Carrier Pulse Width Modulation (MCPWM) is common PWM techniques which are widely used in NPC-MLI ...

Closed-loop DC-link Voltage Balancing Algorithm for a Four-level π-type Converter [PDF]

open access: yesIECON 2019 - 45th Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society, 2019
A four-level π-type converter is a Neutral Point Clamped (NPC) multilevel converter topology for low/medium voltage applications. As the inherent issue with this topology, the DC-link capacitor voltage balancing is challenging, especially when it operates as a single-end inverter/rectifier with unity power factor.

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Cyclic azapeptide CD36 ligand attenuates cardiac injury and reduces long‐chain fatty acid accumulation after myocardial ischemia–reperfusion in mice

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
In a murine model of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion (MI/R), the CD36 azapeptide ligand MPE‐298 reduces cardiac injury and transiently lowers left ventricular long‐chain fatty acids (LCFAs) accumulation 3 h after reperfusion, accompanied by a decrease of oxidative stress and inflammation‐associated genes' expression in the heart and adipose tissue.

A Family of 5-Level Boost-Active Neutral-Point-Clamped (5L-BANPC) Inverters with Full DC-Link Voltage Utilization Designed Using Half-Bridges

open access: yesEnergies
Conventional 5-level active neutral-point-clamped (5L-ANPC) topology and state-of-the-art 5-level hybrid active neutral-point-clamped (5L-HANPC) topology are popular for inverter applications. However, their dc-link voltage utilization is limited to only
