DC Bias in Transformers of Dual Current Power Supply Lines

open access: yesChengshi guidao jiaotong yanjiu
[Objective] To ensure the safety of traction transformers in dual current power supply lines and prevent issues such as transformer vibration and winding temperature increase caused by excessive DC bias current, which can lead to severe distortion of ...

Experimental studies of influence of DC and AC electric fields on bridging in contaminated transformer oil

open access: yes, 2015
Analysis of real operating condition revealed that HVDC transformers experience combined effect of DC biased AC electric field. The dynamics of pressboard particle in contaminated transformer oil under the influence of DC, AC and DC biased AC electric ...

DC transformer modeling and control of DC-DC buck converter

open access: yesInternational Journal of Power Electronics and Drive Systems (IJPEDS), 2019
Switching Power Converters convert one form of power to another with high ef-ciency and accurate control. One of the most widely used DC-DC Converter is Buck Converter. Control is invariably required to maintain the output voltage/current in spite of variations in source/load. In order to design the controller and gain insight about the system a dynamic

Research on error analysis and calibration technology of current transformers under the influence of DC bias magnetization

open access: yesDiance yu yibiao
Under the influence of DC bias, the iron core of the current transformer is prone to saturation, causing the ratio error to shift towards negative direction and the phase error to shift towards positive direction, resulting in measurement inaccuracy ...

Performance analysis of three‐phase five‐leg transformers under DC bias using a new frequency‐dependent reluctance‐based model

open access: yesIET Generation, Transmission & Distribution, 2022
This paper presents a reluctance‐based model considering the frequency‐dependent loss nature of the windings for the analysis of three‐phase five‐leg transformers under grid voltages with direct current (DC) bias.

From mice to humans—divergent strategies for intestinal homeostasis and regeneration

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Recent advances such as organoid genome editing, xenotransplantation, imaging, and whole‐genome sequencing have enabled direct studies of human intestinal stem cells (ISCs). These studies reveal species‐specific features, including slower ISC proliferation, distinct injury responses, slower somatic mutation accumulation in humans, and an inverse ...

The role of miR‐335‐5p in the redifferentiation of BRAF p.V600E thyroid cancers

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The BRAF p.V600E mutation promotes thyroid cancer dedifferentiation and radioiodine resistance. Using a network approach, we identified miR‐335‐5p as a key regulator of BRAF‐mutated thyroid tumors. Restoring miR‐335‐5p increased thyroid‐specific gene expression and iodine uptake in cells and organoids.

Study of the decoupling magnetic integrated high‐frequency transformer for DC/DC converter

open access: yesIET Power Electronics
The isolated DC/DC converter plays an irreplaceable role in the development of the DC microgrid. However, the multiple discrete high‐frequency transformers occupy considerable volume in power converters due to the connection of multiple isolated ...

Circular RNA expression landscapes in myelodysplastic neoplasms: Associations with mutational signatures and disease progression

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
In this explorative study, the abundance of circular RNA molecules in bone marrow stem cells was found to be elevated in patients with high‐risk myelodysplastic neoplasms, and to be associated with an increased risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia.
