(1) 0.1M燐酸緩衝液(pH 5.7)に添加するNaClの濃度を0.1Mから0.2Mに増加した溶出液で得られるFraction 3に凝乳力カが存在し, pH 6.62,イオン強度0.2の燐酸緩衝液を用いた電気泳動,沈降分析からみて均一性の高いレンニンが得られた.
