In the present work, we have identified a transcriptional signature based on the differential expression of six genes (BCL2&MAST4, HSH2D&LAT2, METRN&PITPNM2) that would facilitate the early detection of T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) patients prone to a poor treatment response and could be implemented at diagnosis, along with other risk ...

Correction of Thermal Errors in Machine Tools by a Hybrid Model Approach
Thermally induced position errors are one of the main error sources on the workpiece caused by the behavior of the machine tool. In today’s industrial environment, the correction of thermal errors is usually based on simple regression approaches, where ...

Relaxed Decision Diagrams for Delete-Free Planning [PDF]
In this work, we investigate the computation of optimal plans for delete-free tasks using relaxed decision diagrams. We introduce a new method to compute approximations of h+ in polynomial time on the width of the RDD and show that this approximation is ...

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Time complexity analysis of generalized decomposition algorithm
The time complexity of the fast algorithm for generalized disjunctive decomposition of an rvalued function is studied. The considered algorithm to find the best decomposition is based on the analysis of multiple-terminal multiple-valued decision diagrams.

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Symbolic Reasoning with Weighted and Normalized Decision Diagrams
Several variants of Bryant's ordered binary decision diagrams have been suggested in the literature to reason about discrete functions. In this paper, we introduce a generic notion of weighted decision diagrams that captures many of them and present ...
