Diarylethene‐Containing Photoswitchable Analogues of Tubulysins—Design, Synthesis, Biological, and Structural Evaluation

Diarylethene‐containing cyclic tubulysin analogues were designed, synthesized, and evaluated as light‐responsive cytotoxic agents. One analogue showed reversible photoswitching, photoregulated tubulin polymerization inhibition, and photoform‐dependent cytotoxicity.

Competing Charge Transport Pathways: A Spirobifluorene‐Based Molecular Loop

A rigid molecular loop integrating a spirobifluorene (SBF) core with a cycloparaphenylene (CPP) moiety provides two distinct transport channels. Through‐space spiroconjugation and radial π‐conjugation along a CPP backbone coexist within a single molecule.

Flexible white thermally activated delayed fluorescence polymer with alkyl spacer and side‐chain encapsulation for efficient solution‐processed white organic light‐emitting diodes

A “gemstone‐necklace” FASCE strategy synthesizes single‐component white polymers (PTF‐Qx) by alternating rigid TADF units with flexible alkyl chains. The non‐doped rigid device achieves a high EQE of 15.66% with stable white emission (CIE: 0.36, 0.46).
