MRI and Implant Safety at Low‐Field and Ultralow‐Field Strengths
ABSTRACT Despite its unequivocal value in radiological diagnosis, access to conventional high‐field MRI systems remains extremely uneven across the world. Access is particularly limited in underfunded and remote settings, due to the high cost and infrastructure requirements of MRI systems.

Patients undergoing ICD implantation with both preprocedural echocardiography and cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) were retrospectively analyzed to assess right ventricular (RV) function. Echocardiographic RV fractional area change (RVFAC) and the contraction pressure index (CPI), as well as CMR‐derived RV ejection fraction (RVEF), predicted ...

A Case of VF Misclassification Corrected by VF Therapy Assurance: Implications for ICD Programming
Implantable cardioverter‐defibrillator undersensing may delay therapy in ventricular fibrillation with low‐amplitude signals. Ventricular fibrillation therapy assurance (VFTA) detected persistent VF after initial shock failure, enabling timely shock delivery and successful resuscitation.

Safety and Efficacy of Pulsed Field Ablation for Atrial Fibrillation in Elderly Patients
Pulsed‐field ablation (PFA) was evaluated in 479 patients with atrial fibrillation (AF), 52% paroxysmal. Among 104 patients > 75 years, complication rates and 6‐ and 12‐month arrhythmia‐free survival were not significantly different from younger patients. Age did not predict recurrence. PFA appears safe and effective in elderly AF patients.

Ablation of Ventricular Tachycardia Using the QDOT MICRO Ablation Catheter (VT‐MICRO Study)
Catheter ablation is useful to treat patients with ventricular tachycardia. QDOT Micro catheter is a next generation catheter designed to provide more efficient lesion creation with an accurate myocardial substrate analysis. Microelectrode mapping allows detection of higher voltage electrograms compared to standard bipolar mapping and Pentaray mapping.

Transthyretin cardiomyopathy (ATTR‐CM) frequently coexists with atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, and atrial tachycardia as well as occasionally ventricular arrhythmias and often conduction abnormalities, necessitating management for arrhythmias. Therefore, for arrhythmia specialists, the ability to diagnose ATTR‐CM and proficiency in arrhythmia ...
