The discriminant of quasi m-boundary singularities
We describe the discriminant of deformations of simple quasi m-boundary equivalence classes for m≥2m\ge 2. All quasi simple mm-boundary classes are right equivalent to Arnold’s singularities (ADE).

We study the class of indecomposable two-dimensional Landau-Ginzburg theories with (2,2) supersymmetry and central charge c < 6 with the aim of classifying all such theories up to marginal deformations.

Simple Elliptic Singularities: a note on their G-function
The link between Frobenius manifolds and singularity theory is well known, with the simplest examples coming from the simple hypersurface singularities. Associated with any such manifold is a function known as the $G$-function.

A Systematic Comparison of Alpha‐Synuclein Seed Amplification Assays for Increasing Reproducibility
ABSTRACT Seed amplification assays (SAAs) enable ultrasensitive detection of misfolded α‐synuclein across biofluids and tissues. Yet, heterogeneity in protocols limits cross‐study comparability and clinical translation. Here, we review α‐synuclein SAA methods and their performance across various biological matrices.

Noncommutative deformations of Kleinian singularities
A Kleinian singularity is the quotient \(K^2/\Gamma\), where \(K\) is an (algebraically closed) field (of characteristic zero) and \(\Gamma\) is a nontrivial finite subgroup of \(\text{SL}_2(K)\). More precisely, this is an object whose coordinate ring is \(K[x,y]^\Gamma\), where the action of \(\Gamma\) on \(K[x,y]\) is extended from the given action ...

Objective Frailty occurs prematurely in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and is associated with poor health outcomes. We compared the performance of four frailty instruments, including a pragmatic alternative measure using chair sit‐to‐stand (STS), and evaluated their abilities to predict poor health outcomes.

High Health Care Utilization Preceding Diagnosis With Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis
Objective Although early diagnosis improves long‐term outcomes, patients with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) often experience prolonged, circuitous paths to diagnosis. To inform diagnostic improvement, we sought to characterize health care utilization in the year preceding diagnosis. Methods We identified 10,021 patients with an incident diagnosis

Deformations of holomorphic pseudo-symplectic Poisson manifolds [PDF]
We prove unobstructed deformations for compact Kaehlerian even-dimensional Poisson manifolds whose Poisson tensor degenerates along a divisor with mild singularities.

Isomonodromic deformations of connections with singularities of parahoric formal type
In previous work, the authors have developed a geometric theory of fundamental strata to study connections on the projective line with irregular singularities of parahoric formal type.

Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is a rare autoimmune disease defined by immune dysregulation, vasculopathy, and progressive fibrosis of the skin and internal organs. Despite advances in care, major complications such as interstitial lung disease (ILD) and myocardial involvement remain the leading causes of morbidity and mortality.
