Electrostatically Reinforced Double Network Granular Hydrogels

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Electrostatically reinforced double network granular hydrogels (DNGHs) with cartilage‐like fracture energy are introduced. An empirical model predicts the composition‐dependent fracture energy based on dissipation zone size, contact area, and inter‐particle adhesion energy. Thanks to their granular structure and the inter‐particle attraction, the DNGHs

Abstract elliptic and parabolic equatıons in Morrey spaces and applications [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2019
We presents the study the separability properties for differential-operator equations in Morrey spaces. We prove that the corresponding differential operator is a generator of analytic semigroup in vector-valued Morrey spaces. Moreover, maximal regularity properties of corresponding parabolic equation {\i}s obtained.

The Wolff gradient bound for degenerate parabolic equations

open access: yesJournal of the European Mathematical Society, 2014
The spatial gradient of solutions to non-homogeneous and degenerate parabolic equations of p -Laplacean type can be pointwise estimated by natural Wolff potentials of the right hand side measure.

Silicon Carbide Photonic Crystal Photoelectrode

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A 3C‐SiC photoelectrode with a slanted parabolic pore photonic crystal architecture enhances photogeneration for efficient photoelectrochemical water splitting through the remarkable light‐trapping capabilities of photonic crystal slow‐light modes.

Null controllability of semilinear degenerate parabolic equations in bounded domains

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2006
In this paper we study controllability properties for semilinear degenerate parabolic equations with nonlinearities involving the first derivative in a bounded domain of R. Due to degeneracy, classical null controllability results do not hold in general.

Ultrafast Exciton and Spin Dynamics of Monolayer MoSi2N4 Studied by Non‐Degenerate Pump‐Probe Transient Transmission Spectroscopy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The resonant energy of the A and B exciton of the new 2D material, monolayer MoSi2N4, is found to be 2.18 and 2.34 eV, respectively, indicating a spin‐splitting energy of ≈160 meV. Complex and diverse exciton dynamics are observed. The work has a profound influence on the future developments of MoSi2N4‐based optoelectronic devices and the synthesis of ...

Regularity properties of singular degenerate abstract differential equations and applications [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2017
Singular degenerate differential operator equations are studied. The uniform separability of boundary value problems for degenerate elliptic equation and optimal regularity properties of Cauchy problem for degenerate parabolic equation are obtained. These problems have a numeros applications which occur in fluid mechanics, environmental engineering and
