Rare‐Earth Yttrium Doping Advances High‐Performance AgSbTe2 Thermoelectrics
Y‐doped AgSbTe2 achieves band and microstructure co‐optimization, with coherent Y‐Ag2Te interfaces enhancing phonon scattering and reducing lattice thermal conductivity to 0.26 W m−1 K−1. Combined with valence‐band broadening and increased carrier concentration, this yields ZT ≈ 2 at 623 K, average ZT = 1.5, and 7.3 % conversion efficiency of a single ...

In this paper, we solve a Solow model in continuous time and space. We prove the existence of a solution to the problem and its convergence to a stationary solution.

An alcohol‐adduct‐mediated strategy is employed to stabilize tin isopropoxide for the formation of a homogeneous double electron transport layer (ETL) incorporating SnO2 nanoparticles (NPs). This double‐ETL exhibits improved optical and charge‐transport properties due to reduced defect density and better energy level alignment, resulting in high ...

Nehari manifold for degenerate logistic parabolic equations
In this article we analyze the behavior of solutions to a degenerate logistic equation with a nonlinear term $b(x)f(u)$ where the weight function $b$ is non-positive.

Fujita-type results for the degenerate parabolic equations on the Heisenberg groups [PDF]
In this paper, we consider the Cauchy problem for the degenerate parabolic equations on the Heisenberg groups with power law non-linearities. We obtain Fujita-type critical exponents, which depend on the homogeneous dimension of the Heisenberg groups ...

Flexible n‐type Bi2Te3 thin films require improved room‐temperature figure of merit (ZT) and mechanical stability. We show that synergistic Bi–Te antisite tuning and crystalline–amorphous hybridization optimizes carrier concentration, mobility, and phonon scattering.

Sharp Sobolev regularity for widely degenerate parabolic equations
We consider local weak solutions to the widely degenerate parabolic PDE ∂tu − div (|Du| − λ)p−1+Du|Du|= f in ΩT = Ω × (0, T), where p ≥ 2, Ω is a bounded domain in Rn for n ≥ 2, λ is a non-negative constant and (·)+ stands for the positive ...

On parabolic stochastic integro-differential equations: existence, regularity and numerics [PDF]
In this thesis, we study the existence, uniqueness, and regularity of systems of degenerate linear stochastic integro-differential equations (SIDEs) of parabolic type with adapted coefficients in the whole space.

A Computational Approach for Biomimetic Design of Liver‐On‐A‐Chip
A biomimetic liver‐on‐a‐chip with antiparallel perfusion was designed using COMSOL‐guided simulation to replicate hepatic acinus transport. Full‐scale modelling revealed diffusion‐dominated, length‐dependent nutrient gradients and low‐shear conditions.

Controllability of nonlinear degenerate parabolic cascade systems
This article studies of null controllability property of nonlinear coupled one dimensional degenerate parabolic equations. These equations form a cascade system, that is, the solution of the first equation acts as a control in the second equation and
