Effect of deguelin on expression of nup98 in K562 cells
2010The study was purposed to investigate the effect of deguelin on expression of nucleoporin 98 (nup98) in leukemia K562 cells. MTT assay was used to assess the effects of deguelin on cell proliferation. FCM and RT-PCR were used to analyze the changes of nup98 mRNA and protein in K562 cells after treating with deguelin.
