Performance Optimization of Rotary Dehumidifiers
Journal of Solar Energy Engineering, 1995A rotary dehumidifier consists of a rotating porous matrix made of a desiccant with mechanically supporting materials. The dehumidification performance of a rotary dehumidifier wheel depends on its rotational speed, the sorption properties of the desiccant, the heat and mass transfer characteristics of the matrix, and the size of the dehumidifier.

Thermodyinamic aspects of dehumidifying drying
1998The method for minimization of unit heat consumption by the optimal selection of the air cooler parameters was performed. Energy consumption can be reduced by heat recuperation in condenser from 15 up to 20%. The using of a heat pump enables to save up to 70%.
