Delay-Dependent Stability Analysis of Multi-Area LFC-EVs System

IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid, 2023
IEEEIn this study, the delay-dependent stability of a multi-area Load Frequency Control (LFC) system with Electric Vehicle (EV) aggregators is investigated with the help of the Advanced Clustering with Frequency Sweeping (ACFS) method for incommensurate time delays.

Delay-dependent stability of high order Runge–Kutta methods

Numerische Mathematik, 2008
The author studies the delay-dependent stability of Runge-Kutta methods for delay differential equations. He considers the scalar delay equation \[ y^\prime(t)=\alpha y(t) + \beta y(t-\tau), \] where \(\alpha\) and \(\beta\) are real coefficients and \(\tau\) is positive, as a basic model.

Stability Analysis of a New Delays Dependent System

2008 3rd International Conference on Innovative Computing Information and Control, 2008
The stability problem of multiple additive time-delay system is considered using Lyapunov- Krasovskii stability theory. Based on the LMI (linear matrix inequality), the robust stability criterion and robust state-feedback controller design are derived for systems which may contain non-parameter uncertainties.

Delay-Dependent Stabilization of Time-Delay Systems with Nonlinear Perturbations

Circuits, Systems, and Signal Processing, 2021
This paper deals with the stability and stabilization problems of time-delay systems with nonlinear perturbations. The perturbations are modelled by a nonlinear function of current and/or delayed states. By utilizing Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, sufficient conditions are obtained in terms of LMIs for the different types of perturbations.

On delay dependent robust stability of neutral systems

IFAC Proceedings Volumes, 2001
Abstract This paper investigates the robust stability of linear neutral delay systems. The uncertain time delay neutral systems under consideration are described by functional differential equations of neutral type with norm bounded nonlinear uncertainties and unknown constant delays. The novelty here is to consider a delay dependent robust stability

Delay-Dependent Stability Criteria for Time-Delayed Systems

Applied Mechanics and Materials, 2013
This paper drivesthe asymptotical stability conditions for a class of linear systems with time delay.First, aseries of integral inequalities based on quadratic term are formulated bycombining Leibniz-Newton formula. Next, basedon Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional method and linearmatrix inequality, the sufficient conditions of delay-dependent stability ...

Delay-dependent stabilization of MIMO networked control systems

2008 27th Chinese Control Conference, 2008
This paper deals with the problems of delay-dependent stability and controller design for a class of multi-input and multi-output (MIMO) networked control systems (NCSs). The considered systems are modeled as discrete-time systems with multiple input delays.

Delay-dependent stability analysis for time delay system

2008 7th World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation, 2008
An improved delay-dependent asymptotic stability condition for systems with time-varying delay in terms of a strict linear matrix inequality (LMI) is presented. Two slack matrix variables are introduced in the derivative of the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional in order to reduce conservatism in existing delay-dependent stability conditions.

Delay Dependent Stability Analysis of Active Power Filter

Applied Mechanics and Materials, 2012
The active power filter (APF) is a dynamic harmonic filtering equipment. The time delay is unavoidable and it has a great negative influence on the stability of the APF system. Based on the introduction of its topology and control strategy, the mathematical model of APF with time delay is built.

On delay dependent stability for linear neutral systems

IFAC Proceedings Volumes, 2000
Abstract This paper focuses on the problem of uniform asymptotic stability of a class of linear neutral systems. The delays are assumed to be unknown, but constant. Sufficient conditions for delay-dependent stability are given in terms of the existence of symmetric and positive definite solutions of some linear matrix inequalities.
