The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

Delay-Dependent Stability of Single-Loop Controlled Grid-Connected Inverters with LCL Filters [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
LCL filters have been widely used for grid-connected inverters. However, the problem that how time delay affects the stability of digitally controlled grid-connected inverters with LCL filters has not been fully studied. In this paper, a systematic study

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

TRAIL‐PEG‐Apt‐PLGA nanosystem as an aptamer‐targeted drug delivery system potential for triple‐negative breast cancer therapy using in vivo mouse model

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Robust Stability of Neutral System with Mixed Time-Varying Delays and Nonlinear Perturbations Using Delay Decomposition Approach

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2014
This paper investigates the robust delay-dependent stability problem for neutral system with mixed delays and nonlinear perturbations. A delay decomposition approach is used in this paper in which the information of the delayed plant states can be taken ...

Correlation of the differential expression of PIK3R1 and its spliced variant, p55α, in pan‐cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PIK3R1 undergoes alternative splicing to generate the isoforms, p85α and p55α. By combining large patient datasets with laboratory experiments, we show that PIK3R1 spliced variants shape cancer behavior. While tumors lose the protective p85α isoform, p55α is overexpressed, changes linked to poorer survival and more pronounced in African American ...

Integral Input-to-State Stability of Nonlinear Time-Delay Systems with Delay-Dependent Impulse Effects

open access: yes, 2020
This paper studies integral input-to-state stability (iISS) of nonlinear impulsive systems with time-delay in both the continuous dynamics and the impulses. Several iISS results are established by using the method of Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Stability analysis for a time-delayed nonlinear predator–prey model

open access: yesAdvances in Difference Equations, 2018
In this paper, we investigate the dynamics of a time-delayed prey–predator system with θ-logistic growth. Our investigation indicates that the models based on delayed differential equations (DDEs) with and without delay-dependent coefficient both undergo
