A practical approach to computing Lyapunov exponents of renewal and delay equations
We propose a method for computing the Lyapunov exponents of renewal equations (delay equations of Volterra type) and of coupled systems of renewal and delay differential equations.

Numerical Study for Time Delay Multistrain Tuberculosis Model of Fractional Order
A novel mathematical fractional model of multistrain tuberculosis with time delay memory is presented. The proposed model is governed by a system of fractional delay differential equations, where the fractional derivative is defined in the sense of the ...

Effective therapeutic targeting of CTNNB1‐mutant hepatoblastoma with WNTinib
WNTinib, a Wnt/CTNNB1 inhibitor, was tested in hepatoblastoma (HB) experimental models. It delayed tumor growth and improved survival in CTNNB1‐mutant in vivo models. In organoids, WNTinib outperformed cisplatin and showed enhanced efficacy in combination therapy, supporting its potential as a targeted treatment for CTNNB1‐mutated HB.

Delayed Stochastic Linear-Quadratic Control Problem and Related Applications
We discuss a quadratic criterion optimal control problem for stochastic linear system with delay in both state and control variables. This problem will lead to a kind of generalized forward-backward stochastic differential equations (FBSDEs) with Itô’s ...

Exploiting metabolic adaptations to overcome dabrafenib treatment resistance in melanoma cells
We show that dabrafenib‐resistant melanoma cells undergo mitochondrial remodeling, leading to elevated respiration and ROS production balanced by stronger antioxidant defenses. This altered redox state promotes survival despite mitochondrial damage but renders resistant cells highly vulnerable to ROS‐inducing compounds such as PEITC, highlighting redox

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

Pharmacologic ascorbate (vitamin C) increases ROS, disrupts cellular metabolism, and induces DNA damage in CRPC cells. These effects sensitize tumors to PARP inhibition, producing synergistic growth suppression with olaparib in vitro and significantly delayed tumor progression in vivo. Pyruvate rescue confirms ROS‐dependent activity.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

On the oscillation of delay differential equations with real coefficients
A set of necessary conditions and another set of sufficient conditions for the oscillation of all the solutions of x˙(t)+∑i=1npix(t−τi)=0, where pi∈ℝ, τi∈ℝ+, i=1,2,…,n (*) are proved.
