Huntingtin Aggregate‐Responsive Autophagy Gene Circuit Mitigates Disease Pathology in R6/2 Mice

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
CD98‐mediated receptor‐mediated transcytosis enables LIP‐CD98 nanocarriers to cross the blood–brain barrier and deliver ARAA to neurons. mHTT aggregates activate the 11G–NarX sensor, initiating Auto‐P and Trans‐P signaling through the VP48–NarL relay.

Duck Orbivirus and Egg Production: A Newly Identified Duck Orbivirus Is the Etiological Agent of Egg Production Decline in Chinese Breeder Ducks

open access: yesAnimal Research and One Health, EarlyView.
Field samples from breeder duck farms with egg‐production decline were subjected to viral detection, genome sequencing, and virus isolation. Experimental infection demonstrated that duck orbivirus (DORV) causes a significant and persistent reduction in egg production in breeder ducks.

Early synovial regulatory T cell engagement in posttraumatic osteoarthritis

open access: yesArthritis &Rheumatology, Accepted Article.
Objective Posttraumatic osteoarthritis (PTOA) develops despite restoration of joint biomechanics, suggesting that early post‐injury biological processes within the synovium shape disease trajectories. We investigated whether synovial regulatory T (Treg) cells are engaged during the early phase following joint injury and whether experimental enrichment ...
