Spectral Estimation of Wideband Noise in Delta–Sigma Modulators
IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement, 2006Spectral leakage is a well-known phenomenon induced by the windowing process and usually revealed in the frequency domain. Scientific literature has deeply investigated the spectral leakage of narrow-band components. However, the problem of windowing a wide-band colored noise has not yet been fully characterized.

An active filter for Delta-Sigma modulated Josephson waveforms
29th Conference on Precision Electromagnetic Measurements (CPEM 2014), 2014We present the design and electrical characteristics of an active low-pass filter. It will be used in a reference waveform source based on a programmable Josephson voltage standard with multilevel delta–sigma modulation to generate accurate and spectrally pure arbitrary waveforms.

A comparison design of delta-sigma modulators
Proceedings of 1994 37th Midwest Symposium on Circuits and Systems, 2002In this paper, we present a comparison design of second-order delta-sigma modulators based on operational amplifiers and unity-gain buffers. Compared with those using operational amplifiers, the delta-sigma modulators using unity-gain buffers have some attractive features, such as higher frequency operation, reduced capacitance spread, etc. A test chip

Continuous-Time Delta-Sigma Modulators
2017DSM ADCs trade off speed for accuracy by using oversampling and noise shaping techniques. Compared to discrete-time (DT) DSMs, usually continuous-time (CT) DSMs are applied for higher-bandwidth and lower-accuracy A/D conversions.

Wideband Topology for Delta-Sigma Modulators
IEEE Solid-State Circuits Magazine, 2013This paper is meant as a tribute to Professor Temes. It describes the background for, and several key advantages of, the so-called "wideband topology" for delta-sigma modulators that the author has published in collaboration with Professor Temes.

Continuous-Time Delta-Sigma Modulator
2014This chapter starts with a brief explanation of the operation of an ideal single-loop continuous-time delta-sigma (CTΔΣ) modulator and describes its major building blocks, i.e. the loop filter, quantizer and digital-to-analog converter (DAC). In Sect.

Rectification of a Delta-Sigma Modulated Signal
2020Techniques of direct processing of the Δ-Σ modulated pulse stream emerged more than four decades ago. In 1978, N. Kouvaras [1] proposed the use of a serial binary adder as a delta adder, with an interchanged role of the Sum and Carry—out terminals of the binary adder.
