Inhalable Nano Formulation of Cabazitaxel: A Comparative Study with Intravenous Route

Nano drug formulation shows no signs of toxicity for IV and INH routes, whereas higher systemic toxicity occurs in free drug formulation in both. Inhalable nano formulation provides higher and longer retention in deep lung regions due to its size and defies rapid systemic absorption in the lungs.

Modified chitosan nanoparticles have the potential for passive and active siRNA delivery to different tumors. This study evaluates twist1‐siRNA‐loaded pegylated chitosan and alendronate‐conjugated pegylated chitosan nanoparticles for twist1 gene silencing in 4T1 cells.
