Herein, nanofibrous smart conducting hydrogel‐based brain–machine interface probe that overcomes mechanical mismatches in deep brain electrophysiology is introduced. Herein, through this novel probe, signal quality and stability are enhanced, inflammation is reduced, and long‐term recordings are supported.
