In this review, we summarize innovative strategies for harnessing the power of nanotechnology to enhance blood‐brain barrier permeability, a key challenge for central nervous system (CNS) drug delivery. Herein, nanofibrous smart conducting hydrogel‐based brain–machine interface probe that overcomes mechanical mismatches in deep brain electrophysiology is introduced.
