Replacement of missing maxillary canines with dental implants: prosthesis design considerations.
Practical procedures & aesthetic dentistry : PPAD, 2005Replacing a missing canine with a dental implant is the optimal treatment plan. The strategic roles canines play in maintaining normal function and the high visibility of these teeth, especially in the maxilla, require a restoration that provides uncompromised function and aesthetics.

Design and fabrication of an open-source 4-axis milling machine for dental prosthesis production
Proceedings do Congresso Brasileiro de AutomáticaThis article will present the development of a low-cost CNC milling machine for manufacturing dental prostheses. In this study it was proposed the development of a CNC milling machine using parts made on a 3D printer, through the study of various printing parameters to deliver resistant and durable parts, reducing their final production cost.
