A Survey on Recent Results on Lyapunov-Type Inequalities for Fractional Differential Equations

open access: yesFractal and Fractional, 2022
This survey paper is concerned with some of the most recent results on Lyapunov-type inequalities for fractional boundary value problems involving a variety of fractional derivative operators and boundary conditions.

European Standard Clinical Practice Guideline and EXPeRT Recommendations for the Diagnosis and Management of Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms in Children and Adolescents

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Pediatric gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (GEP‐NENs) are extremely rare and clinically heterogeneous. Management has largely been extrapolated from adult practice. This European Standard Clinical Practice Guideline (ESCP), developed by the EXPeRT network in collaboration with adult NEN experts, provides (adult) evidence ...

Numerical Scheme for Solving Time–Space Vibration String Equation of Fractional Derivative

open access: yesMathematics, 2020
In this paper, we present a numerical scheme and alternating direction implicit scheme for the one-dimensional time–space fractional vibration equation.

Some Stability Results and Existence of Solutions for a Backward Differential Equation with Time Advance via ζ—Caputo Fractional Derivative

open access: yesAxioms, 2023
In this paper, using a fixed point method, we proved the existence and uniqueness of solutions for a backward differential equation with time advance via ζ−Caputo fractional derivative.

Upacicalcet: A Novel Intravenous Calcimimetic Agent for Patients Undergoing Hemodialysis With Secondary Hyperparathyroidism

open access: yesTherapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) is a common complication in patients receiving maintenance dialysis, driven by calcium and phosphate metabolism disturbances. Calcimimetics are central to the management of SHPT by enhancing calcium‐sensing receptor sensitivity and reducing parathyroid hormone secretion.

Effective therapeutic targeting of CTNNB1‐mutant hepatoblastoma with WNTinib

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
WNTinib, a Wnt/CTNNB1 inhibitor, was tested in hepatoblastoma (HB) experimental models. It delayed tumor growth and improved survival in CTNNB1‐mutant in vivo models. In organoids, WNTinib outperformed cisplatin and showed enhanced efficacy in combination therapy, supporting its potential as a targeted treatment for CTNNB1‐mutated HB.

The Orthogonal Riesz Fractional Derivative

open access: yesAxioms
The aim of this paper is to extend the concept of the orthogonal derivative to provide a new integral representation of the fractional Riesz derivative. Specifically, we investigate the orthogonal derivative associated with Gegenbauer polynomials Cn(ν)(x)

New generalisation of Jacobi’s derivative formula

open access: yesThe Ramanujan Journal, 2022
A stream of new theta relations is obtained. They follow from the general Thomae formula, which is a new result giving expressions for theta derivatives (the zero values of the lowest non-vanishing derivatives of theta functions with singular half-period characteristics) in terms of branch points and the period matrix of a hyperelliptic Riemann surface.

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.
