Singularity categories of derived categories of hereditary algebras are derived categories [PDF]
We show that for the path algebra $A$ of an acyclic quiver, the singularity category of the derived category $\mathsf{D}^{\rm b}(\mathsf{mod}\,A)$ is triangle equivalent to the derived category of the functor category of $\underline{\mathsf{mod}}\,A$, that is, $\mathsf{D}_{\rm sg}(\mathsf{D}^{\rm b}(\mathsf{mod}\,A))\simeq \mathsf{D}^{\rm b}(\mathsf ...

Comparison theorems for Kan, faintly universal and strongly universal derived functors [PDF]
We distinguish between faint, weak, strong and strict localizations of categories at morphism families and show that this framework captures the different types of derived functors that are considered in the literature.

Reflexivity in derived categories [PDF]
An adjoint pair of contravariant functors between abelian categories can be extended to the adjoint pair of their derived functors in the associated derived categories. We describe the reflexive complexes and interpret the achieved results in terms of objects of the initial abelian categories.

Perverse sheaves on Riemann surfaces as Milnor sheaves
Constructible sheaves of abelian groups on a stratified space can be equivalently described in terms of representations of the exit-path category. In this work, we provide a similar presentation of the abelian category of perverse sheaves on a stratified

Universal Properties in Quantum Theory [PDF]
We argue that notions in quantum theory should have universal properties in the sense of category theory. We consider the completely positive trace preserving (CPTP) maps, the basic notion of quantum channel.

How to glue derived categories
We give an overview of existing enhancement techniques for derived and trianguated categories based on the notion of a stable model category, and show how it can be applied to the problem of gluing triangulated categories.

Dualities and derived equivalences for category O [PDF]
We determine the Ringel duals for all blocks in the parabolic versions of the BGG category O associated to a reductive finite dimensional Lie algebra. In particular we find that, contrary to the original category O and the specific previously known cases

Tilting preserves finite global dimension
Given a tilting object of the derived category of an abelian category of finite global dimension, we give (under suitable finiteness conditions) a bound for the global dimension of its endomorphism ring.
