Non archimedean metric induced fuzzy uniform spaces
It is shown that the category of non-Archimedean metric spaces with 1-Lipschitz maps can be embedded as a coreflective non-bireflective subcategory in the category of fuzzy uniform spaces.

ABSTRACT Ongoing evidence indicates increased risk of sarcopenic obesity among children and young people (CYP) with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), often beginning early in treatment, persisting into survivorship. This review evaluates current literature on body composition in CYP with ALL during and after treatment.

A source for category-induced global effects of feature-based attention in human prefrontal cortex
Summary: Global effects of feature-based attention (FBA) are generally limited to stimuli sharing the same or similar features, as hypothesized in the “feature-similarity gain model.” Visual perception, however, often reflects categories acquired via ...

Derived categories of $N$-complexes
We study the homotopy category $\mathsf{K}_{N}(\mathcal{B})$ of $N$-complexes of an additive category $\mathcal{B}$ and the derived category $\mathsf{D}_{N}(\mathcal{A})$ of an abelian category $\mathcal{A}$.

ABSTRACT Objectives To identify predictors of chronic ITP (cITP) and to develop a model based on several machine learning (ML) methods to estimate the individual risk of chronicity at the timepoint of diagnosis. Methods We analyzed a longitudinal cohort of 944 children enrolled in the Intercontinental Cooperative immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) Study ...

Fukaya categories of surfaces, spherical objects and mapping class groups
We prove that every spherical object in the derived Fukaya category of a closed surface of genus at least $2$ whose Chern character represents a nonzero Hochschild homology class is quasi-isomorphic to a simple closed curve equipped with a rank $1 ...

On the derived category of 1-motives [PDF]
We consider the category of Deligne 1-motives over a perfect field k of exponential characteristic p and its derived category for a suitable exact structure after inverting p. As a first result, we provide a fully faithful embedding into an etale version
