Abstract In this study, dervish convents and lodges of Belviran districts in Konya sanjak bound to the province of Karaman are analysed. As such, the study also stresses on waqf staff, named as mutewalli (administrator of waqf), nazir (supervisor of waqf), cabi (waqf revenue collector), kâtip (scribe) who maintain the waqf and their works.
