We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

A Dataflow-Driven Behavioral Modeling Method for RF System Design Validation
A disconnect remains between high-fidelity physical-characteristic simulation and upper-level validation in RF system design. High-fidelity simulations can accurately characterize key physical effects, such as frequency response, noise, and nonlinearity,

Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Many patients with urothelial cancer do not benefit from treatment with pembrolizumab, while at risk of severe side effects. Changes in the levels of circulating tumor DNA early during treatment, measured by a simple and affordable assay that can be easily implemented in the clinic, can be used as a prognostic tool to identify these patients.

MITF maintains genome stability in nonmelanocyte lineages
MITF is essential for melanocyte survival and acts as an oncogene in 10%–20% of melanomas. We show that MITF depletion causes genome instability in nonmelanocytic cells, leading to LATS2‐mediated P53 activation, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. This study highlights the role of MITF as a genome maintenance factor beyond the melanocyte lineage. Created

Modeling of Multi-Cell HBT Device Based on Device Structure
This paper focuses on the modeling challenges of a multi-cell heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) used in radio frequency (RF) power amplifiers and proposes an innovative linear small-signal modeling method. Based on devices with an emitter size of 3

SpiNNaker: The Design Automation Problem [PDF]
This paper describes the design automation issues and techniques used to design a massively parallel processing platform - SpiNNaker - from a hardware and systems design perspective. The emphasis of this paper is addressing the key problem of resource mapping, where multiple threaded programs are to be targeted onto a hardware platform that consists of
