Patterns and Themes in Designing with Children [PDF]
A host of design approaches have been developed to support involving children in the design of new technologies. Unique approaches tend to be developed to involve new “audiences” of children – of different ages, with different abilities, at different levels of involvement – in the design process.

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

Smart Contract Design Pattern for Processing Logically Coherent Transaction Types
Recent research shows that the source code of smart contracts is often cloned. The processing of related types of transactions in blockchain networks results in the implementation of many similar smart contracts.

Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

Benefits of Using Design Patterns on Microcontrollers in Implemented IoT Applications
As part of our research for microcontroller software support, we have developed a modular framework that utilizes previously unimplemented architectural principles for developing applications on microcontrollers. These principles are still a privilege of
