Evaluation of Potency and Specificity of Cryptophycin‐Loaded Antibody‐Drug Conjugates
ChemBioChem, Volume 26, Issue 2, January 14, 2025.Cryptophycin‐uD[Dap(Me)], a derivative of the microtubule inhibitor cryptophycin, was equipped with an Mc‐Val‐Cit‐PAB linker to enable conjugation of the toxin to either hinge‐region cysteines or engineered cysteines in THIOMAB variants of trastuzumab. ADCs with DARs of 1.5, 3 and 6 were obtained.
