Effective therapeutic targeting of CTNNB1‐mutant hepatoblastoma with WNTinib
WNTinib, a Wnt/CTNNB1 inhibitor, was tested in hepatoblastoma (HB) experimental models. It delayed tumor growth and improved survival in CTNNB1‐mutant in vivo models. In organoids, WNTinib outperformed cisplatin and showed enhanced efficacy in combination therapy, supporting its potential as a targeted treatment for CTNNB1‐mutated HB.

Archéologie et création artistique
It is usually considered that artistic creation is oriented toward future, and archeology toward the past. Examination of the two practices shows that this opposition is misleading and that one and the other continued with the same strategies and ...

Influence of Carbonization of Concrete Surfaces on their Adhesion with Freshly-Laid Concrete
During operation, concrete and reinforced concrete structures are exposed to the aggressive environment of carbon dioxide. During the reconstruction and overhaul of the berthing facilities in the coastal zone of the seas of the Far East, a weak bond ...

Destruction of states in quantum mechanics
A description of destruction of states on the grounds of quantum mechanics rather than quantum field theory is proposed. Several kinds of maps called supertraces are defined and used to describe the destruction procedure.

Basroparib inhibits YAP‐driven cancers by stabilizing angiomotin
Basroparib, a selective tankyrase inhibitor, suppresses Wnt signaling and attenuates YAP‐driven oncogenic programs by stabilizing angiomotin. It promotes AMOT–YAP complex formation, enforces cytoplasmic YAP sequestration, inhibits YAP/TEAD transcription, and sensitizes YAP‐active cancers, including KRAS‐mutant colorectal cancer, to MEK inhibition.

The relationship between anabolic and catabolic processes governing lung cancer cell growth is nuanced. We show that ATG4B, an autophagy regulator, is elevated in lung cancer and that high ATG4B is associated with worse patient outcomes. Targeting ATG4B in cells reduces growth, protein synthesis, and mTORC1 activity, demonstrating a new relationship ...

Baryon Destruction by Asymmetric Dark Matter
We investigate new and unusual signals that arise in theories where dark matter is asymmetric and carries a net antibaryon number, as may occur when the dark matter abundance is linked to the baryon abundance.

Induction of diabetes in three different mouse strains uniformly resulted in an increase in TNAP activity and a reduction in pyrophosphate (PPi) in the circulation. Inhibition of TNAP restored plasma PPi. Diabetes‐induced calcification in the media layer of the aorta was detected only in the Abcc6−/− strain, which is predisposed to ectopic ...

Schemes for Privacy Data Destruction in a NAND Flash Memory
We propose schemes for efficiently destroying privacy data in a NAND flash memory. Generally, even if privacy data is erased from NAND flash memories, there is a high probability that the data will remain in an invalid block. This is a management problem

Temporal characterization of rock dynamic destruction [PDF]
Dynamic strength tests published in literature have been analysed by structuraltemporal damage criteria. Parameter τ - incubation time - describing material stability behaviour under high-rate influences have been estimated for Kimachi sandstone, Inada ...
