Binary phase detector gain in bang-bang phase-locked loops with DCO jitter
Bang-bang phase-locked loops (BBPLLs) are hard nonlinear systems due to the nonlinearity introduced by the binary phase detector (BPD). In the presence of jitter, the nonlinear loop is typically analyzed by linearizing the BPD and applying linear ...

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Crossed source-detector geometry for a novel spray diagnostic: Monte Carlo simulation and analytical results [PDF]
Sprays and other industrially relevant turbid media can be quantitatively characterized by light scattering. However, current optical diagnostic techniques generate errors in the intermediate scattering regime where the average number of light ...

Targeted therapy was evaluated in SHH medulloblastoma using neuroepithelial stem cell (NES) and tumor‐derived NES‐like (tNES) models in 2D monolayers and 3D spheroids. PI3K, AKT, and CDK4/6 inhibitors had minimal effects in NES but markedly reduced viability and growth and induced apoptosis in tNES cells, revealing distinct therapeutic vulnerabilities.

Effects of soil electromagnetic properties on metal detectors
This paper presents an analysis, based on existing work in geophysics and nondestructive testing, of the effects of soil electromagnetic properties on the functioning of metal detectors widely used to detect buried landmines. The host soil is modeled as a half-space having real and frequency-independent electrical conductivity but frequency-dependent ...

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Imaging properties of Everhart-Thornley detector
The paper deals with the detection of secondary electrons in SEM by means of Everhart-Thornley type of detector. Experiment results showing signal properties in individual parts of the detector are presented.

In the present work, we have identified a transcriptional signature based on the differential expression of six genes (BCL2&MAST4, HSH2D&LAT2, METRN&PITPNM2) that would facilitate the early detection of T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) patients prone to a poor treatment response and could be implemented at diagnosis, along with other risk ...
