Flattening developable bi-parametric surfaces
This paper describes a computer method for transforming an arbitrary developable surface into a flattened pattern. Developable surfaces are a special class of ruled surfaces. The Gaussian curvature of any point of the developable surfaces is zero.

E2A selectively regulates TGF‐β–induced apoptosis in KRAS‐mutant non‐small cell lung cancer

In this paper, methods for generating and flattening developable surfaces by means of two given directrix curves have been investigated. By finding the two end points of every generatrix, a developable surface may be formed.

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.
