RADAR LOCATION CONTRAST IN THE REFLECTION OF ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE FROM TWO OBJECTS

open access: yesНаучный вестник МГТУ ГА, 2018
The paper considers the problem of finding the power flux density of signals reflected from two objects with different symmetric scattering matrices when they are irradiated with a completely polarized wave.

Remarks on non-diagonality conditions for Sierpinski carpets

open access: yesAdvanced Studies in Pure Mathematics, 2019
We prove the equivalence of three different formulations of non-diagonality for Sierpinski carpets given by Barlow, Bass, Kumagai and Teplyaev [5], by Hino [10] and by Kigami [12]. We also derive some geometric property of Sierpinski carpets from the non-diagonality.

Longitudinal circulating tumor DNA profiling in patients with advanced endometrial cancer using an off‐the‐shelf targeted NGS panel

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

A Research on Diagonal Crack Width Formula of RC Beam

open access: yes, 2011
Based on the shear performance of existing reinforced concrete beam oblique section and referring to the slipping theory of bending crack of the beam, a formula of the diagonal crack width is proposed through the equilibrium condition, the geometric ...

Clinical performance of the urine‐based TERT promoter AbsoluteQ Digital PCR for non‐invasive detection of bladder cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
A urine‐based digital PCR assay targeting two hotspot TERT promoter variants detected bladder cancer with high sensitivity and no false positives in this case–control cohort. The streamlined AbsoluteQ workflow outperformed Sanger sequencing and supports non‐invasive molecular testing for bladder cancer detection.

Tumor B‐cell infiltration in platinum‐treated advanced muscle‐invasive urothelial carcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Bladder tumors with higher pretreatment memory B‐cell infiltration were linked to longer survival after cisplatin chemotherapy, but not carboplatin. These tumors also showed more organized immune structures (tertiary lymphoid structures) and a shared pro‐inflammatory B‐cell‐rich community, suggesting that memory B cells may help identify patients most ...

Epigenetic heterogeneity and plasticity in therapy‐induced tumor states through single‐cell multi‐omics

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Remote online machine condition monitoring using advanced internet, wireless and mobile communication technologies

open access: yes, 2011
A conceptual model with wireless and mobile techniques is developed in this thesis for remote real-time condition monitoring, which is applied for monitoring, diagnosing, and controlling the working conditions of machines.

Metoda quasi-Newton diagonală bazată pe minimizarea funcţiei Byrd-Nocedal pentru optimizare fără restricţii [PDF]

open access: yesRevista Română de Informatică și Automatică, 2018
A new quasi-Newton method with a diagonal updating matrix is suggested, where the diagonal elements are determined by minimizing the measure function of Byrd and Nocedal subject to the weak secant equation of Dennis and Wolkowicz.

Polarization‐resolved femtosecond Vis/IR spectroscopy tailored for resolving weak signals in biological samples using minimal sample volume

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐
