Isomorphism Identification of Planar Mechanism based on Assur-group Adjacency Matrix

open access: yesJixie chuandong, 2016
The isomorphism identification of structural type is a vital problem now. For dealing with the isomorphism generated in synthesis of planar configuration based on the synthesis method of Assur- group adjacency matrix,a methodology of Assur- group ...

Directed evolution of enzymes at the crossroads of tradition and innovation

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
An iterative cycle of data‐driven enzyme optimization comprising four stages: genetic diversification of a template enzyme, expression of protein variants, high‐throughput evaluation, and machine‐learning‐guided redesign of the next variant library.

Hyperactive ice‐binding proteins stabilize cell membranes and improve resistance to dehydration stress in Caenorhabditis elegans

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
TisIBP8, a fungal‐derived hyperactive ice‐binding protein, helps Caenorhabditis elegans survive dehydration. It localizes near cell membranes, reduces cell damage, and helps maintain membrane structure during drying. These results suggest that ice‐binding proteins can protect cells from dehydration stress as well as freezing stress.

Molecular characterization of covRS mutations in M1UK Streptococcus pyogenes

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Group A Streptococcus (GAS) acquires covRS mutations driving a hypervirulent bacterial state, frequently associated with invasive disease‐like necrotizing fasciitis. We demonstrate that the newly emerged M1UK GAS lineage can also acquire these mutations.

La diagonal del síntoma

open access: yes, 2012
La diagonal del síntoma El artículo propone pensar el síntoma como un marcador de la no-relación sexual. Si el fantasma impone al sujeto el sometimiento a la voluntad de goce del Otro, es a través del síntoma como puede mantener un yo no quiero estar a ...

A dynamical characterization of diagonal-preserving -isomorphisms of graph -algebras

open access: yes, 2017
We characterize when there exists a diagonal-preserving$\ast$-isomorphism between two graph$C^{\ast }$-algebras in terms of the dynamics of the boundary path spaces.

Pathways and pitfalls: a qualitative study of student experiences in biomedical science education

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Biomedical science students from underrepresented backgrounds face barriers including financial strain, disrupted laboratory access and cultural exclusion. Peer networks provide vital support when institutional systems are difficult to navigate. To create inclusive learning environments and achieve academic success, educators should blend active, hands‐

On Diagonal Equations over Finite Fields

open access: yes, 2001
In this paper, we obtain a sufficient condition for the diagonal equation to have only the trivial solution over finite fields. This result improves a theorem of Sun (J. Sichuan Normal Univ. Nat. Sci.

Aging Is a Key Driver for Adult Acute Myeloid Leukemia

open access: yesAging and Cancer, EarlyView.
Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a classical age‐related hematologic malignancy, and a key driver of AML is aging, which profoundly regulates intrinsic factors such as genomic instability, epigenetic reprogramming, and metabolic dysregulation, and alters bone marrow microenvironment.
