Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.This study develops a semi‐supervised classifier integrating multi‐genomic data (1404 training/5893 validation samples) to improve homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) detection in breast cancer. Our method demonstrates prognostic value and predicts chemotherapy/PARP inhibitor sensitivity in HRD+ tumours.

Mathematical Research Letters, 1997 Let \(h\) be a homeomorphism of a handlebody \(H\) to itself. If the restriction of \(h\) to the boundary \(\partial H\) of \(H\) is a product of Dehn twists along a system of pairwise disjoint curves in \(H\), then it is shown that every one of the curves must bound a disc in \(H\).
