Movement Disorders in Aicardi–Goutières Syndrome and Response to Immunomodulation
ABSTRACT This study characterizes movement disorders and treatment responses in seven children with Aicardi–Goutières syndrome (AGS). We retrospectively evaluated motor phenotypes, neuroimaging, and interferon signatures in patients treated with baricitinib or anifrolumab. Spasticity affected all patients, while dystonia was present in 4/7.

Fock’s dimer model on the Aztec diamond
We consider the dimer model on the Aztec diamond with Fock’s weights, which is gauge equivalent to the model with any choice of positive weight function. We prove an explicit, compact formula for the inverse Kasteleyn matrix, thus extending numerous results in the case of periodic graphs.
