A Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD) device is developed to generate cold atmospheric plasma. Two different materials used as a top electrode: stainless steel and KCl liquid are considered. The bottom electrode is stainless steel for both cases. The gap of this DBD can be varied up to 3 mm.
