Transparent Perovskite Light‐Emitting Diodes with Conductive Oxide Top Electrodes
Transparent perovskite light‐emitting diodes (TrPeLEDs) enable simultaneous display and transparency, expanding application possibilities. Using a metal oxide buffer layer and pulsed laser deposition, TrPeLEDs with diverse compositions and architectures are demonstrated.

Optical dielectric response of PdO
Physical Review B, 1992The dielectric response functions of single-crystal PdO parallel and perpendicular to the c axis are obtained from 1.6 to 5.8 eV by analysis of ellipsometric data. Dielectric metamaterials with electric response
Optics Letters, 2018Dielectric metamaterials are usually studied as low-loss media with magnetic response. However, control over the electric response is more promising for applications in photonics. Here we report an all-dielectric metamaterial with electric response. The structure consists of high-index dielectric rods arranged in a square lattice.
