Technology frontier, labor productivity and economic growth: Evidence from OECD countries [PDF]

We use 29 OECD countries data spanning over 1960-2000 to study the growth strategy when countries are close to the technology frontier. Relying on a semi-parametric generalized additive model, we estimate labor productivity equations.

Enclosed is a copper‐catalyzed selective 1,4‐amino oxgenation of 1,3‐dienes with the presence of a strong Brønsted acid. This three‐component transformation offers a novel and powerful approach to construct (E)‐1,4‐allylic amino oxygenated motifs by the simultaneous installation of structurally diverse alkylamines and alcohols directly onto 1,3‐dienes.

Die Austauschreaktion von Ameisensäure an Meersalz‐Aerosolen, bei der HCl freigesetzt wird, fordert die herkömmliche Säure‐Base‐Chemie heraus. Unsere Gasphasenversuche zeigen, dass diese Reaktion an reinen NaCl‐Clusterionen in Abwesenheit von Wasser stattfindet.
