Formal diagonalisation of Lax-Darboux schemes
We discuss the concept of Lax-Darboux scheme and illustrate it on well known examples associated with the Nonlinear Schrodinger (NLS) equation. We explore the Darboux links of the NLS hierarchy with the hierarchy of Heisenberg model, principal chiral ...

COEFFICIENT STABILITY OF OPERATOR–DIFFERENCE SCHEMES
A priori estimates expressing continuous dependence of the solution of a first order evolutionary equation in Hubert space on initial condition, right hand side and operator perturbations are obtained in time–integral norms. Analogous results hold for corresponding finite difference schemes.

Lifestyle Behaviors and Cardiotoxic Treatment Risks in Adult Childhood Cancer Survivors
ABSTRACT Background Higher doses of anthracyclines and heart‐relevant radiotherapy increase cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk. This study assessed CVD and CVD risk factors among adult childhood cancer survivors (CCSs) across cardiotoxic treatment risk groups and examined associations between lifestyle behaviors and treatment risks.

A numerical solution for a class of time fractional diffusion equations with delay
This paper describes a numerical scheme for a class of fractional diffusion equations with fixed time delay. The study focuses on the uniqueness, convergence and stability of the resulting numerical solution by means of the discrete energy method.

We consider fractional mathematical models of fluid-porous interfaces in channel geometry. This provokes us to deal with numerical identification of the external boundary conditions for 1D and 2D time fractional parabolic problems on disjoint domains ...

In this paper, we propose the parametrized maximum principle preserving (MPP) flux limiter, originally developed in [Z. Xu, Math. Comp., (2013), in press], to the semi- Lagrangian finite difference weighted essentially non-oscillatory scheme for solving ...

ABSTRACT Ongoing evidence indicates increased risk of sarcopenic obesity among children and young people (CYP) with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), often beginning early in treatment, persisting into survivorship. This review evaluates current literature on body composition in CYP with ALL during and after treatment.

Abstract Introduction The TEDDI trial tested the feasibility and reproducibility of deep‐inspiration breath‐hold (DIBH) in pediatric patients referred for radiotherapy. This report presents final results, including patient‐reported outcomes (PRO) and dosimetric comparison of DIBH and free‐breathing (FB).

On the Stability of the Spline-Collocation Difference Scheme for a Semilinear Differential-Algebraic Index System (1,0) [PDF]
In the paper, a semi-linear differential-algebraic system of partial differential equations of index (1, 0) with a rectangular domain of definition and compatible initial-boundary conditions is considered.
