Experience With Performing Rheocarna Therapy via the Single‐Needle Method for Treatment of Chronic Limb‐Threatening Ischemia

open access: yesTherapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Introduction This study investigated the safety and efficacy of single‐needle Rheocarna therapy for chronic limb‐threatening ischemia (CLTI) with wounds. Methods Six patients with CLTI involving ulcers unresponsive to revascularization underwent single‐needle Rheocarna treatment.

RNA-seq data from different developmental stages of Rafflesia cantleyi floral buds

open access: yesGenomics Data, 2017
Rafflesia cantleyi, known as one of the world's largest flowers, is a specialised holoparasite due to dramatic morphological modifications. It possesses highly reduced vegetative structure and only appears as a flower for sexual reproduction.

Developmental stage differences in chromatin subdomains of the β-globin locus [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, 2004
The mammalian β-globin loci each contain a family of developmentally expressed genes, and a far upstream regulatory element, the locus control region (LCR). In adult murine erythroid cells, the LCR and the transcribed β-globin genes exist within domains of histone acetylation and RNA polymerase II (pol II) is associated with them.

Prognosis of Long‐Term Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy and the Impact of Combined Continuous Intravenous Sodium Infusion Therapy

open access: yesTherapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Introduction Patients requiring long‐term continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) generally have poor prognoses. This study evaluated whether adding continuous intravenous sodium infusion (cIVNa) is associated with improved hemodynamics and outcomes in patients undergoing long‐term CRRT for ≥ 7 days.

Colonization of the gut microbiota of honey bee (Apis mellifera) workers at different developmental stages.

open access: yesMicrobiology Research, 2019
The role of the gut microbiome in animal health has become increasingly evident. Although the structure of the gut microbiome of A. mellifera is well known, little is known about the dynamic change across different developmental stages. In this study, we

Reaction of Cornu aspersum Immune System against Different Aelurostrongylus abstrusus Developmental Stages

open access: yesPathogens, 2023
Cornu aspersum, the land snail, is recognized as a suitable intermediate host of Aelurostrongylus abstrusus; however, there is little information both on larval development as well as on the intermediate host’s immune system reaction to the parasite. The

MoSrp1 regulates alternative intron splicing at different developmental stages.

open access: yes, 2022
RT-PCR analyses show splicing efficiency of the introns of five reported genes, MgFOW1, MoKDCDH, MoVELA, MoLYS20, and MoRHO3, in strains P131 and srp1ko1 at different developmental stages, including mycelium (MY), conidiophores (CP), conidium (CO), and ...
