Hybrid Extragradient Method with Regularization for Convex Minimization, Generalized Mixed Equilibrium, Variational Inequality and Fixed Point Problems

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2014
We introduce two iterative algorithms by the hybrid extragradient method with regularization for finding a common element of the set of solutions of the minimization problem for a convex and continuously Fréchet differentiable functional, the set of ...

The role of miR‐335‐5p in the redifferentiation of BRAF p.V600E thyroid cancers

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The BRAF p.V600E mutation promotes thyroid cancer dedifferentiation and radioiodine resistance. Using a network approach, we identified miR‐335‐5p as a key regulator of BRAF‐mutated thyroid tumors. Restoring miR‐335‐5p increased thyroid‐specific gene expression and iodine uptake in cells and organoids.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Differentiable energy-guided modulation for remote sensing image segmentation

open access: yesGeocarto International
Precise segmentation of remote sensing images is challenged by multi-scale object distributions, blurred boundaries, and class inconsistencies. We propose Differentiable Energy-Guided Modulation (DEGM), a lightweight framework that integrates explicit ...

Circular RNA expression landscapes in myelodysplastic neoplasms: Associations with mutational signatures and disease progression

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
In this explorative study, the abundance of circular RNA molecules in bone marrow stem cells was found to be elevated in patients with high‐risk myelodysplastic neoplasms, and to be associated with an increased risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia.

KOM-SLAM: A GNN-Based Tightly Coupled SLAM and Multi-Object Tracking Framework

open access: yesSensors
Coupled simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) and multi-object tracking have been studied in recent years. Although these tasks achieve promising results, they mainly associate keypoints and objects across frames separately, which limits their ...

An Iterative Algorithm on Approximating Fixed Points of Pseudocontractive Mappings

open access: yesJournal of Applied Mathematics, 2012
Let E be a real reflexive Banach space with a uniformly Gâteaux differentiable norm. Let K be a nonempty bounded closed convex subset of E, and every nonempty closed convex bounded subset of K has the fixed point property for non-expansive self-mappings.

A non-differentiable approach to revenue equivalence [PDF]

open access: yes
We give a sufficient condition on the type space for revenue equivalence when the set of social alternatives consists of probability distributions over a finite set.
