Dynamics of weighted composition operators on function spaces defined by local properties
We study topological transitivity/hypercyclicity and topological (weak) mixing for weighted composition operators on locally convex spaces of scalar-valued functions which are defined by local properties.

The Hartree–Fock equations in modulation spaces [PDF]
We establish both a local and a global well-posedness theories for the nonlinear Hartree–Fock equations and its reduced analog in the setting of the modulation spaces on In addition, we prove similar results when a harmonic potential is added to the ...

Bridging the gap: Multi‐stakeholder perspectives of molecular diagnostics in oncology
Although molecular diagnostics is transforming cancer care, implementing novel technologies remains challenging. This study identifies unmet needs and technology requirements through a two‐step stakeholder involvement. Liquid biopsies for monitoring applications and predictive biomarker testing emerge as key unmet needs. Technology requirements vary by

Solution of fractional differential equations via α−ψ $\alpha-\psi$-Geraghty type mappings
Using fixed point results of α−ψ $\alpha-\psi$-Geraghty contractive type mappings, we examine the existence of solutions for some fractional differential equations in b-metric spaces. By some concrete examples we illustrate the obtained results.

Differential and stochastic equations in abstract Wiener space
AbstractThis paper studies the differential equation (∂∂t) u(t, x) = 12trace A(t, x) D2u(t, x) A∗(t, x) + 〈σ(t, x), Du(t, x)〉 − V(x) u(t, x), u(0, x) = φ(x) in infinite dimensional space. A Kac's type representation of solution in terms of function space integral is proved. Kac's method is modified to work nicely regardless of the dimensionality.

Effect of chemotherapy on passenger mutations in metastatic colorectal cancer
Changes in passenger mutation load and predicted immunotherapy response after chemotherapy treatment. Tumor cells rich with passenger mutations have increased sensitivity to chemotherapy. Correlation of passenger mutations with neoantigen load suggests highly mutated clones promote a more effective response to immunotherapy, and therefore, first‐line ...

Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

We show that the majority of the 18 analyzed recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming. The most potent mutations are activating, co‐operate with other ERBB receptors, and are sensitive to pan‐ERBB inhibitors. Activating ERBB4 mutations also promote therapy resistance in EGFR‐mutant lung cancer.

Double Perturbations for Impulsive Differential Equations in Banach Spaces
In this article, we are concerned with the existence of extremal solutions to the initial value problem of impulsive differential equations in ordered Banach spaces. The existence and uniqueness theorem for the solution of the associated linear impulsive
